Hi, We’re looking to sub out all of our work for embroidery and printed garment services that we are currently doing in house. Please see below details of the amount of work we are currently doing and what we are trying to achieve. Initially I’d like to know if this is of interest, if you wish to discuss the matter further and if you are able to offer both or just 1 of embroidery / printed garment services. In house we are currently achieving - 42,000 Embroideries to garment per year @ a cost to us of £275,000 including garments, embroidery, materials and labour - 126,000 Garment heat presses with a total of 220,000 logos pressed per year @ a cost to us of £390,000 including garments, logos and labour - So overall a total spend of £665,000 per annum including embroidery, materials, garments, logos and labour. Our print process is 98% printing to hi vis garments with a brought in heat seal logo – mostly front and back – we are happy to consider new methods not mentioned like screen printing these logo’s. Our embroidery processes range from 2,000 stitches to 5,000 however a much larger percentage is closer to the 2,000 stitches. Some lines made in house to become stocked on the shelf products however most are made to order and sent out once jobs are complete. We are looking for a supplier to offer us; - Delivered/finished goods/prices - Competitive rates - Be able to drop ship direct to customers – willing to sign an NDA - Offer a wide range of garments - Have an open book policy where we can assist with plain garment pricing / potentially ordering our stock to be held by you - Quick lead time – Print – 2-3 working days and embroidery – 5-7 working days - Quick responses to giving us prices for new work - Work with us to help grow this part of the business, we aim to double over the next 3-4 years If this is of interest to you and you can assist please let me know and we can discuss in much more detail.
