Flat chips with a typical length of 20-75mm are laid in three layers in the fiber direction.
The two coatings having the same thickness contain only chips oriented parallel to the longer side of the board.
The inner layer, which makes up 50% of the volume, is made of chips mostly laid parallel to the shorter side of the board.
OSB boards are glued with phenol-formaldehyde resin, which reaches approximately 2.5% by weight.
The boards can be provided with a tongue and groove on the edges for easier connection, the surface of the boards can be ground at the end of the production cycle.

APPLICATION: OSB 3 structural boards are designed for use in humid environments, for the production of pallets, packaging, crates, for wooden buildings, beams and load-bearing structures, roofs, floors, wall panels, in construction, etc.
