Varley Hydraulics are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of Hydraulic and Industrial control systems. We serve a wide range of industries including power generation, waterways, flood defence, process cooling, sewage treatment, transport and the Oil & Gas industry. 

For over 30 years, the Varley team of engineers has been designing systems that allow our customers to operate more efficiently and in an environmentally friendly fashion. As a result, we have reduced carbon emissions greatly in many of our designs.

We utilise the very latest technology and 3D drawing modelling facilities to create equipment that is ergonomically sound and aesthetically pleasing. We have a full understanding of pressure equipment regulations and machinery directives, designing all equipment to current ISO and British standards. We also design ATEX approved equipment for hazardous area applications, all equipment is rigorously factory tested and commissioned on installation.
