Pentagon Plastics Ltd incorporating Small Batch Plastics is a privately owned Injection Moulder and Toolmaker based in Horsham, West Sussex with over 39 years trading experience. Our Customers are based across the UK as well as Northern Europe; we also currently provide Kanban services into Hong Kong.

Injection Moulding Services:

Development; Pre-Production; Low Volume; Medium Volume and High Volume specialising in Repeat Production through ship to order or Kanban delivery schedules. We boast a comprehensive machine range from 22 tonne up to 280 tonne locking pressure. Including all electrical for greater efficiency

Toolmaking Services:

Prototyping; Development; Insert Tooling and full Production Tooling (steel, alloy or sintered blocks); Single and multi-cavity tools with cold runner, hot tip or hot runner feed systems; Tool Refurbishment and Tool Maintenance.

Additional Services:

SLA and SLS managed Modeling; Sintered Tooling; Reverse Engineering; Sub-Contract Machining and Sub-Contract Toolmaking.
